ELCARO services (the calculator, the BRAIN analysis engine, Telegram bots, indicators, and content on elcaro.info) provide market information, analytics, position-size mathematics, and educational content. ELCARO is not a broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. ELCARO does not hold your funds, does not execute trades, and has no access to your exchange accounts.
2. Not Investment Advice; No Recommendations
Nothing produced by ELCARO — including BRAIN verdicts, forecasts, signals, alerts, calculator outputs, indicator readings, and site content — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any asset. All outputs are provided solely for informational and educational purposes. ELCARO owes you no fiduciary duty and provides no personalized recommendations.
3. No Performance Predictions

ELCARO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELCARO Inc. (a Delaware corporation) AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF ANY ELCARO SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICES. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS CAPPED AT THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ELCARO Inc. (a Delaware corporation) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (USD 0 FOR FREE SERVICES).
9. Privacy & Data
Interactions with ELCARO bots and mini apps (queries, commands, outputs, Telegram user id/username) may be logged and retained for quality, debugging, security, and product improvement. To generate AI outputs, queries and context may be processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude). Market-data requests are processed by third-party data providers. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
10. Modifications
These Terms may be updated at any time; material changes will be posted on this page (and/or announced in-product). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Disputes; Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Delaware; class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law. Bot chats and app inputs are not official complaint channels — direct formal complaints to elcarotrade@gmail.com.

BY USING ANY ELCARO SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
- you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms;
- ELCARO outputs are AI-assisted information, may be inaccurate, and are not investment advice;
- you will not rely solely on ELCARO outputs for any trading decision and will verify all information before acting;
- all trading decisions and their outcomes are yours alone, and you accept all risks, including total loss of capital.
